FULL-TIME OPPORTUNITY

REPORTS TO DIRECTOR OF PROPERTY MANAGEMENT

Overview:

Autobahn Country Club, the premier motorsports club in North America, is seeking a Facilities Manager to lead and manage our facilities operations. This full-time role is essential for ensuring the smooth, safe, and efficient operation of our club’s buildings, grounds, and systems. We are looking for a candidate with a passion for leadership and excellence in facilities management.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead and develop the Facilities Team, including the Environmental Services (EVS) manager and staff.
  • Oversee grounds maintenance, including vendor management for landscaping, snow/ice removal, security, and waste disposal.
  • Maintain and troubleshoot building systems such as HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems across 20+ buildings.
  • Implement and manage preventative maintenance programs and seasonal preparations.
  • Coordinate and manage project plans for renovations, sourcing vendors, and overseeing project budgets.
  • Assist with event sales, track rental clients, and provide operational support, including track maintenance.
  • Research and implement a Computer Maintenance System (CMS) for tracking maintenance activities.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree preferred, with a focus in management a plus.
  • Knowledge in HVAC, refrigeration, mechanical, electrical, carpentry, or plumbing trades is preferred.
  • Strong leadership, organizational, communication, and customer service skills.
  • Ability to work under deadlines and in various weather conditions, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
