The Autobahn Country Club South Circuit is a 2.09-mile long road course located in Joliet, Illinois. It is designed for racing clockwise and has 15 turns with nine right-handers and six left-handers. The circuit is independent and can operate simultaneously with the North Circuit. Its average speed is 79 mph, the highest of all possible configurations in the club, and its average lap time is 1:35.6. The track is 40-feet wide, and its longest straightaway is 1850 feet long.

This is a break-even event. This is a rain or shine event.

Autobahn Radical Cup Challenge presented by Team Stradale is a race series based at the Midwest’s premier motorsports destination, Autobahn Country Club in Illinois.

These High-Performance Driving Events allow owners of sports cars/sports sedans the experience of safely driving their vehicle under conditions of higher speed with higher lateral g-forces and heavier braking loads than they encounter on the highway.  They learn how well their car can perform and how to control them under these more demanding conditions.  You don’t need a BMW to attend.

The NHRA Nationals are being held at Rt. 66 Raceway, the same three days we are at Autobahn. Hotels will fill quickly, so make your reservations SOON. Autobahn has discount deals with some of the local hotels. When you make your reservation, ask if they offer an Autobahn Country Club discount.

Highlights –

• Two days in your car on a racetrack with four half-hour on-track sessions scheduled per day
• We will be driving on the South Circuit for the entire weekend

PARKING/PADDOCK/FACILITIES
•Parking is first-come first-served unless reserved parking is specifically mentioned by Lemons or offered by the track.
•Every team entry (ie, one racecar) gets a single 20×40′ space in the main paddock. Anything that doesn’t fit in that box (big rigs, large RVs, extra cars) must park in the spectator/overflow parking area shown on the Paddock Map.
•Race control is off-limits to participants and spectators.

Join us as we return to Autobahn Country Club to drive the full track on Monday, July 28th.

This event is open to all sport cars that pass tech (Cayenne, Macan or other SUV’s, electric vehicles, and open-wheeled vehicles are not allowed) and to all experienced drivers 18 and older. Run groups will be based on driver experience.

There will be no novice classroom instruction at this event and there will be a limited number of instructors available for ride-a-longs. There will be a classroom discussion during lunch on how to drive the full track for anyone that wants to attend.

There will be a pre-recorded classroom from prior a Autobahn Full Track event for those that are not familiar with Autobahn or are newer drivers. A link to the online classroom will be sent to registrants as the event gets near.

If you have never driven the Full Track at Autobahn and would like an instructor to help you, please indicate that when you register. Instructors will be assigned in the order requested, with PCA members taking precedence.

Novice drivers that have not driven on a track before will not be permitted to drive without an instructor.

There will be a no helmets, track familiarization session at the start of the day.

Online waivers are required for all participants. Your entry will not be confirmed if the e-waiver is not completed, and payment is not made. Be sure to opt in for text communications to stay up to date with all event announcements.

The Mid-West gets no respect. There are a ton of East Coast events. The West Coast gets all kinds of motorcycle events, but the Mid-West gets neglected. In the past, all of our friends in the Mid-West had to travel to come ride with us, but not anymore. We have found a fantastic Mid-West home at Autobahn Country Club in Joliet, IL just outside of Chicago. The facility is amazing and the track is perfect teaching.

Monday August 4th and Tuesday August 5th will feature our game changing 2-Day ChampSchool.

This is for any rider, any bike, and any road. You are more than welcome to bring your bike. Any brand or type of bike is welcome. If you are flying in or simply want to ride something different, we will have a complete selection of Yamaha MT-07’s, MT-03’s, MT-09’s, YZF-R6’s, YZF-R3’s, YZF-R7’s, YZF-R1’s, and the new YZF-R9 available for a true “arrive and ride” experience for our 2-Day ChampSchool program.

Derived from our 2-Day ChampSchool program, ChampStreet is like “ChampSchool Lite” and is designed for street riders of all levels. The course is taught at highway speeds on your street motorcycle with your street gear, no leathers required.

All of our in-person schools come with complimentary access to our Online Champ U: Core Curriculum.

This gives every student the opportunity to study the curriculum before you get to the event. This base layer of information greatly improves the experience and internalization of information.

Welcome to GPS Track Time, a Midwest high performance driving event (HPDE) provider! We are pleased to host noncompetitive track time events at the Autobahn Country Club, Blackhawk Farms Raceway, GingerMan Raceway and Putnam Park. All of our events feature the option to utilize a high performance GPS data acquisition unit that comes with a custom analysis report for about the same price as your typical track day! Again, there is absolutely no competitive aspect to our events and passing is only allowed per a point-by on dedicated straights of the track.
